Terms of service

You may use Vow&Kin to create and manage an invitation for a genuine wedding or related private celebration. You are responsible for the accuracy of your content and for having permission to upload photographs, videos and guest information.

Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or commercial bulk messaging. Do not attempt to access another wedding, guest list or private invitation without permission.

Paid plans are sold as a one-time purchase for one wedding unless the checkout clearly states otherwise. Features available to each plan are shown before payment.

If the service does not work as described, contact us so we can correct the issue. Any refund rights provided by applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

You keep ownership of the words, photographs, videos and other materials you add. You give Vow&Kin the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content for your invitation and its guests.

We may remove content that violates law, another person's rights or the safety of the service. We will give notice when reasonably possible.

We work to keep invitations available and secure, but no internet service can promise uninterrupted operation. Couples should export important RSVP information and keep independent copies of original media.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded. For other losses, Vow&Kin's responsibility is limited to the amount paid for the affected wedding plan, to the extent permitted by law.
