Couples provide account information, wedding details, invitation content, guest household details and RSVP questions. Guests may provide attendance, dietary or accessibility needs, travel notes and messages to the couple.

We also process limited technical information needed to secure the service, prevent abuse and understand whether pages work correctly. We do not sell personal information.

We use information to create and deliver invitations, personalise the events and language each household sees, collect replies, provide support and maintain the security of the service.

Guest information is controlled by the couple who created the wedding. It is not used for unrelated advertising or added to Vow&Kin marketing lists.

Vow&Kin uses specialist providers for hosting, databases, file storage, email delivery, payments and privacy-friendly analytics. They may process data only to provide their contracted service and must protect it appropriately.

Wedding photographs and videos are stored in a private media bucket. Invitation pages receive temporary signed links instead of exposing the underlying storage objects publicly.

Couples can update or remove wedding and guest information from their account. We retain information while the service is active and for a limited period afterwards when needed for support, fraud prevention, accounting or legal obligations.
